Milo Waitlist

Capacity-limited plans with a waitlist. When a spot frees up, the first in line gets a time-limited invitation.

Installation

1. Install and activate the free Milo Subscriptions plugin.
2. Upload and activate Milo Waitlist (Plugins → Add New → Upload).
3. Enter your license key under Subscriptions → Licenses to enable updates.

Configuration

Configuration lives on the product (the capacity field); the waitlist itself is managed under Subscriptions → Waitlist.

Capacity

Set Capacity on a subscription product (0 = unlimited). At capacity the product becomes non-purchasable and shows a waitlist form instead; visitors join with their email.

Invitations

When a spot frees (cancellation or expiry), the first waiting person receives a signed invitation link, valid 48 hours, that bypasses the capacity gate for them alone. Unused invitations expire and the spot passes to the next in line.

The admin screen

Subscriptions → Waitlist lists everyone with product, status (waiting / invited / expired), FIFO position, and dates. You can send an invitation early (or re-invite an expired one) and remove entries.
