Milo Calendar
Private add-to-calendar feeds for customers, and a renewal schedule with daily volumes and revenue for you.
Installation
- Install and activate the free Milo Subscriptions plugin.
- Upload and activate Milo Calendar (Plugins → Add New → Upload).
- Enter your license key under Subscriptions → Licenses to enable updates.
Configuration
Customers get a private calendar feed of their renewals ([milo_calendar] shortcode or block); you get a renewal schedule under Subscriptions → Calendar.
Under Subscriptions → Settings → General → Calendar:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Enable calendar feeds | On/off switch. |
| Feed horizon (days ahead) | Numeric value. |
Customer feeds
The Milo Calendar block or [milo_calendar] shortcode lists the customer’s upcoming renewals with a Subscribe in my calendar (webcal) button and an .ics download. Feeds are signed per customer, so they work in any calendar app without a login yet cannot be guessed. Physical products also get “ships” events when Milo Fulfillment’s offset is configured.
The merchant schedule
Subscriptions → Calendar shows every renewal inside the horizon (default 90 days): a per-day strip with counts and expected revenue, and the detailed list below, searchable. Shipping workload and cash-flow at a glance.
Modes
WooCommerce and standalone subscriptions both appear, in customer feeds and in the schedule.
Billing modes
Works in both WooCommerce mode and standalone (Stripe-driven) mode.
