Milo NPS

One-click satisfaction surveys after renewals. Detractors alert you, promoters are nudged to your referral program.

Installation

1. Install and activate the free Milo Subscriptions plugin.
2. Upload and activate Milo NPS (Plugins → Add New → Upload).
3. Enter your license key under Subscriptions → Licenses to enable updates.

Configuration

One-click satisfaction surveys after renewals. Scores land on the subscription; detractors (0-6) trigger an admin alert email, promoters (9-10) are pointed to your referral link when Milo Referrals is active.

Under Subscriptions → Settings → General → NPS:

Ask every Nth renewal	1 = after every renewal.

The survey

A single email with eleven score links (0–10), signed so voting needs no login. Frequency is a setting (every Nth renewal), so long-time subscribers are asked regularly but never spammed.

Routing answers

Promoters (9–10) land on a thank-you page with your referral link (Milo Referrals, if installed). Detractors (0–6) trigger an immediate admin email, and a Slack alert if Milo Slack is installed, while the wound is fresh.

Scores

Each vote is stored on the subscription and aggregated into a rolling NPS in an option, so you can chart it or expose it to your dashboard.
