Milo TV
The office dashboard: a signed full-screen page with your live subscriber count, today’s numbers, and the activity feed.
Installation
- Install and activate the free Milo Subscriptions plugin.
- Upload and activate Milo TV (Plugins → Add New → Upload).
- Enter your license key under Subscriptions → Licenses to enable updates.
Configuration
Under Subscriptions → Settings → General → Milo TV:

The settings section shows your signed dashboard URL. Open it full-screen on the office TV, a tablet, or any kiosk browser; no login is needed. Treat the link like a password.
What the screen shows
- The live count of active subscribers (active and pending-cancel WooCommerce subscriptions, plus active and trialing standalone subscriptions), with a bump animation when it grows.
- Today: new subscribers, renewals, revenue collected, cancellations.
- Expected next 7 days: upcoming renewal count and revenue (uses Milo Calendar’s schedule when installed, its own computation otherwise).
- NPS: the rolling score over the last 100 votes, shown when Milo NPS is installed and has responses.
- Happening now: the latest sign-ups (first name, city, plan) and renewals of the last days.
The page refreshes every 30 seconds; the underlying data is cached server-side for 30 seconds, so extra screens add no load.
Security notes
The URL carries a site-level HMAC token. To rotate it, change your site’s auth salts (all signed Milo links rotate together); to kill it instantly, toggle the dashboard off.
Billing modes
Works in both WooCommerce mode and standalone (Stripe-driven) mode.
