Milo Fulfillment
The shipping side of subscription boxes: shipments screen, aggregated pick lists, packing slips, tracking.
Installation
- Install and activate the free Milo Subscriptions plugin.
- Upload and activate Milo Fulfillment (Plugins → Add New → Upload).
- Enter your license key under Subscriptions → Licenses to enable updates.
Configuration
Ship physical subscription orders from Subscriptions → Fulfillment: pick lists, packing slips, and shipped notifications.
Under Subscriptions → Settings → General → Fulfillment:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Enable fulfillment | On/off switch. |
| Shipping offset (days) | Orders ship this many days after billing. Shown to customers as their shipping date. |
| Complete the order when marked shipped | On/off switch. |
| Email the customer when their order ships | On/off switch. |
The Shipments screen
Subscriptions → Fulfillment lists every paid, unshipped subscription order (sign-ups and renewals) with items, box contents, address, and ship date, plus a Shipped tab with tracking numbers. The pick list above aggregates all units to pack, expanding Box Builder selections into real products, with CSV export.
Shipping an order
Mark shipped takes an optional tracking number: the order gets a note, completes (optional), and the customer receives an “on the way” email with the tracking. Packing slip opens a print-ready, price-free document with box contents and the customer note, key-guarded.
Billing/shipping offset
“Bill on the 25th, ship on the 1st”: set the offset in days. The ship date drives the screen, the slips, and a “your next delivery ships on X” line on the customer’s subscription page.
